Dividend Income

The income leg of the book. Estimated annual income is the current indicated dividend per share times shares held; yield on cost is that income measured against what I paid — the number that quietly climbs as companies raise their payouts.

Figures are live from Finnhub's basic financials and are an estimate of forward income based on the current indicated dividend — not actual cash received (dividends pay quarterly). CMG pays no dividend. A "—" means the field isn't available on the free tier for that name.

Dividends Received

The actual-cash record, updated automatically each month. Each dividend is logged by its ex-date (cash arrives on the pay date a few weeks later). The "Auto-checked" date advances each time the monthly fetch runs — if it stops advancing, the fetch needs a look.
